Warranty Policy: 

ClipperCreek, Inc. offers a full three year manufactures warranty on all of our HCS, LCS, ECS, ACS, and PCS  Series products and a one year manufactures warranty on all of our CS series products. The warranty covers parts and factory labor.


Return Policy: 

All Sales are final, any returns must be pre-approved within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Orders and Shipping:

In-Stock items ordered before 1:30 PST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:30 PST Monday through Friday or over the weekend will ship the next business day.
ClipperCreek uses UPS for shipping. UPS delivers standard and basic expedited packages (Ground, 3 day air, 2nd day air, and Next Day Air) Monday through Friday. If you need to make other shipping arrangements, please contact ClipperCreek by phone at 1-877-694-4194 or by email at information@clippercreek.net.

*Orders Shipped in California will be charged California sales tax based on delivery address.
